We are now looking for summer substitutes at Nytida Månstenen for our group and service housing in Trehörna (Urshult) and Ryd.

What do we do?At Nytida, you will meet people who have different needs for support and care. It is about supporting adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on excursions, exercise, talk, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About Nytida Månstenen

At Nytida Månstenen in Trehörna and Ryd, there are 13 residences for individuals with decisions about housing with special services under LSS. The area also includes daily activities. Our residences are located close to nature but also have easy access to community services such as public transport, grocery stores, and restaurants. You have a manager or coordinator nearby who spends part of their time working in the operations.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who are applying to us:

- are attracted to a job that is varied and requires extensive knowledge of care and support and enjoy meeting people in different situations. - are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility. - thrive in working as a team and supporting your colleagues.

We would prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant or that you have studied the child and leisure program and have worked a few years in care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
